Swettysblazer's 1991 K5 Trazer: ONE TONS!

Really? :doah: This is a trail rig! It's going to wind up being scratch-colored in no time! :deal:

Yeah, the blazer wound up looking like a rust colored zebra.

So how clean is this going to stay?

I am hoping pretty clean. I have some ideas to try and keep the body out of the trees. I am gonna get a set of tube doors, and thats most of the metal on the cab lol

Cab corners man brace em up with some 1/8 or something. Seems like those get hit alot. Good bumper up front. Solid sliders and a solid flatbed. I bet you can keep it looking good for a long time

looking real good Brian...sure you can't get it to MI this summer???

Its looking doubtful with me just starting my new job last month. I'm on a six month probation period and the dune party is like a week after that ends.

Thanks for all the positive words guys. Going into this project I wasnt sure how it was going to come out, but I'm super happy with the outcome so far.

Dude I have been in situations like that.

Tell your new employer this trip has been planned for a while. See what they see. Then just kill it on the probation period.

If it's financially not possible well I understand that.
