The 4 to 6 week count down has begun!

I'm throwing some big bumpers on the front and back with a winch and doing some towing so those are exactly what I need. If I get the EZ rides, the truck will sway too much. I'll just have to go and wear them out a little bit to wake up the flexy God

There is no way in hell my truck will be able to touch depdogs truck. His is awsome!!! Indeed the flexy God smiled on his truck

hey lara i was reading your profile, ans was wondering did you go to sul ross. that is the only college i can think of out there. I have several friends going there now. i have grown up in south texas and am now in austin attending UT. ok I too am putting on my 4" rough country kit right now. I was in a wreck in jan and i am just now getting to work on my blazer since i finally finished this semester. I actually had a little trouble with two things in the kit, i just thought i would let you know. well the center pin on the front leafs was about a 1/16 too big for the hole that was on the axle so i had to drill it a little and my steering arm wouldn't really go on very well at all. I drilled it a little to get it on and i still messed up a few threads putting it on so i had to gat a tiny file and try to fix the threads i had messed up. The brake lines are a problem, in my opinion. they are not really clearly explained in the directions and I would really just look to buying SS extended lines right now. I am trying to get some of the Pro Comp lines and none of the 4 wheel parts in texas have any. Dallas will be getting some possibly sat but they just said to call back. they are 85 and rough country can get some though skyjacker but they are about 115. so that is that. I too am really excited to be getting my lift on. Due to my wreck i have had to swap frames. I have an 82 blazer with a 6.2. I was amazed by the front springs they measured 32 inches to the top of the frame with no engine trans or x case and when it was all in it dropped to 31" wow what tough springs. well i will stop going on and on about my blazer and the kit. good luck with your blazer and if you need anything maybe i can help, i would be more than happy to try. take care
