Negative. I have a "Save the Squares" sticker on the back. And I wouldn't actually put mud flaps on anything. But if I was forced to, those would be it.

No, but they are round and do spin.

Martin brought to my attention a set of 3.42 geared 10 bolt axles on Facebook marketplace. They are from a 1990 K5 and may or may not have been rebuilt 50-60k miles ago.

They have 30 splined shafts instead of my weaker 28 spline shafts currently, plus a better ratio for when I upgrade to 33s.

Luckily I didn't scratch or stain my mom's Buick Enclave hauling them home.

I've drained the surprisingly-not-very-stinky differential fluid, which corroborates the seller's story that these were "rebuilt" 50-60k miles ago.

I've purchased

• New fluid
• Degreaser
• Brake cleaner
• Brake fluid
• Rtv silicone
• Spray paint

Still waiting on

• Warmer weather
• Or insulation for my garage
• Or a bigger heater for my garage
