If the difficulty in bending the tube is any indication of it's strength (and it is!), that cage is VERY strong!!! /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Another Question: Is there a bar running over the steering wheel? It looks like there is in the pic and if so was it a PIA with the stock dash?

There is a 1" bar across the top of the "dash"...

Keep in mind, the entire stock dash was cut out of the truck before I started to build the cage, so there were no obstructions to worry about. The only thing that was hard was doing the welding in that area, since the steering wheel blocked me from pulling the cage too far back......

Cool! Yeah, I noticed the Auto meter gauges and figured there was nothing back there...who needs a heater anyway?
