All that’s left to do on the exhaust is the driver side intermediate pipe and then a hanger in front of the muffler.

Passenger side dump gets mighty close to the shackle. We will see if it’s a problem.

Muffler is tight to the frame and body, but it fits with at least a 1/2- 1 inch of clearance all around. I promise.

Feels kind of janky to reuse the Walker tail pipe after all this other custom pipe, but we’re going for “finish the dang truck”, so it’ll do.

V Band clamps are the bomb dot com.

I'm assuming those collector bolts will get pinch nuts. Trick I've been taught years ago, instead of prying on v-band clamps to remove them after they have been on for a while just spray them down with WD40 or any penetrating oil on both sides and they will usually pop right off. Sometimes just a light tap. Nice work!

Yeah, I’m probably going to spot weld the bolts to the flange and replace the lock washer and nut with a pinch nut. And look for better gaskets than these papery ones.

And that’s a good tip on the v bands.

Exhaust work can be a fun puzzle. Your solution really nice. V-bands are a fine add.

Thanks. What’s nice is that by reusing the muffler and tailpipe I already had, I saved quite a bit on cost. I could have reused the manifolds and skipped the headers, but that’s no fun.

And since when is any number of vehicles enough?
lol. True enough. It’s an automatic and it’s not mine. It belongs to one of the high schoolers in the student ministry I lead. I’m helping him replace his radiator plus a few other things. Gonna finish the blue truck first though.

Too bad you're too far, I have a new radiator for it, and a condenser.
I pu them on after an accident and a week later the oil filter got loose and engine seized.
I also have a one year old starter

I am pretty sure I already threw them away but I also had the wheel covers
