I am looking for a trailer and found this post. Just thought I'd add my $.02.
Put a 2" receiver in the rear of the trailer. It could be used to hook up a second trailer for off highway use, or maybe on road. I don't know the legalities of this, however. I got this idea from farmers hauling 2 trailers of hay bales around. The receiver could also be used as a place to put mount a recovery point like a hook or clevis. I saw this done by a dumbass who got his towrig too close to the mudhole and had to be pulled back out.
Just an idea for future readers.
