umm lets see...dont EVER pressure wash the axle tubes from the outside in with the pinion assembly still in the axle, it makes for A LOT of excess work for yourself.
while your at it get a brand new tierod for the axle, d44 style that has the droped TREs since your gonna have flat tops now, it will make you life a lot easier, and will cure almost all the DW problems you probably would have incountered reusing the stock (probably worn out) tierod, changed mine last night and its a night and day difference
nothing else realy stands out to me at the moment, its all tiedous work, just like it was to strip the axle
