The LoMax 205 Done! PICS

jekbrown:I took assembly photos but just some of the mods you need to do with the Lomax that you dont with a normal 205 rebuild because of the bigger idler gear/wider gears.

thats fine with me amigo, whatever ya got. I'm trying to compile the ultimate 205 tech archive. I don't need the pics edited or resized or anything, just email'em. My yahoo account can receive up to 1GB. :)

I like those round headed fasteners you used, any chance you could post up the size / qty's required?

The fasteners are called buttonheads and I ordered them from the McMasters/Carr catalog. They are a grade 8/9 and not really that expensive, size 3/8x1" and 5/16x3/4" on the idler shaft cover.
I have used allenheads before also just to be different:confused:

The front output flange is from HiAngle Driveline.

Put the LoMax on the scales, about the same as reg 205 maybe 5lbs. heavier at most but that might be the big 1410 yoke/flange adding some of it.
Thats not bad, nothing I would be concerned with.
Hell I`ve put on 5lbs in the past month hangn around this place again:eek1:
