Wow. Who built that, and what did they put it in?

Im in the process of building mine right now. I cant decide what bushings i want to use...

How about some part numbers, or applications, or suppliers of some of the bushings used... specifically the ones used on the adapters, in the fourth pic of the #1 post?

those look like normal spring eye bushings with sleeves. im talking about the bushing that is compressed between two washers on the adapter... thx though.

something to use on the base plate of the adapter.... I want to use bushings under the adapter. And then use the spring eye bushing out on the frame rails aswell.

ORD sells the little puck type bushings. I've never priced them but seems like I've read they were dirt cheap.

Do you want rubber or Poly? I think ORD sells the poly. I still have stock motor mounts so I decided to get rubber bushings. Mine are from NAPA and I had to search through their book to find what I wanted, I think they are some kind of mount for a Honda. I will look to see if I still have a part #

I have stock motor mounts too, so i want rubber... I went to napa yesterday, and trying to find a part to build something custom through them is a major PIA...

I hate trying to find something without knowing what to call it lol.

If you can find that number or application that would be awesome.. Thx!

Lol yea I was in my NAPA for quite awhile. Luckily the guys there are really nice and very helpful. I will search for ya this weekend. I know i saved the box somewhere in my garage....

Alot of good ideas, subscribed! I am going to do something basically like kidjethro's, using two stock crossmembers since I already have them laying around. I am thinking about making some sort of torque mount from the right side of the 205 to either the frame or crossmember. I will post pics when the time comes to start putting all this together.

I have looked all over and I can't find the old boxes or a part number sorry :(

Mudder,

I know that it has been a while sense anyone has posted on this thread, but can you tell me what you used for the bumper on the 205?

Thanks

the bummper under the right side of the tcase is a suspension bump stop from like energy suspension. that is used on the frame to limit travel on the axle bump stop .
