I had a similar problem after my heart attack, I was getting really tired and weak very easily when subjected to sun.
Started drinking more water and covering my head with a straw hat and now I am running around all day in the sun no problem.

That’s nothing. The local Kroger supermarket has a full sports bar next to the frozen food section. The place was packed during the last game.
