The Original Jaws Blazer Build

Waiting on tailgate torque rod silencers......

watched Jaws on Blu-Ray again last night...can't believe how good it looks....
 
It was 71 degrees here today so I took it out for a longer drive to test everything...runs nice...no fluid leaks...I floored it for the first time and let it accelerate on the highway...blew some stuff out of the tailpipe and maybe some soot or stuff out of the engine...
I don't have a tachometer so I have no idea what RPM's it's doing at 55 or 60...I know it feels higher than my ranger...I'm not used to a big 350 so I guess it's normal...seems to have plenty of torque when I hit the gas even when going 60...
It's still a little louder than I like....wish I knew how to post an audio file on here...I would record what it sounds like running.
 
Haven't been busy in here for a long time...but I thought I would post the high points of the restoration in photos. Not duplicating the other thread where this was all done, just laying out the transformation in sequence
