The Purple Camaro

So is that a different cam or the same cam "moved" a few degrees?

I didn't want to call your cam retarded...:rotfl:

It actually looks strikingly similar, to a cam I put in my 388 in my regal 27 years ago, it just had a tad more duration, that cam was awesome for a nice street strip SBC.

My cam is retarded!!
Interestingly enough, the variance in the sets allowed me to seat the rings on the stand by rolling it over 4.2 million times

I suspected the first set was advancing the cam some. Second different brand set I installed it at 4R, then pulled the gear back to 2R to get those numbers

Read a few things and had some really good conversations about cams in between

Am I correct that there is no reason or pattern to those numbers?
All are close enough that there isn't anything to point towards?
 
3 and 7 are suspect imo.
Yes, but I started to think that the numbers went down towards the rear of the engine, but #5 and to some extent, #6 don't show that. So it made me suspicious that I was overthinking the results.
