The Purple Camaro

Yes I still have this one too

Been trying to sort the tune out. with @fastazz running some very similar parts, I've been chatting with him about the fuel system setup and changes as well as the tune

Both of us are fairly convinced that my drivability issues lie in the realm of
1) cam overlap causing the ECM to cut low end fuel
2) Fuel accel settings are a bit tedious since the WOT fuel map starts at 50% throttle

on the street getting it to WOT doesn't really happen a lot, 20-40% will spin the tires with ease when it's fueling right

Kind of on a combination of learn some > turn all learn off > drive > rinse repeat

So as we had discussed, some more in-depth adjustability would be very good.
Is that your thought?

Need to be able to control the WOT vs transition AFR in terms of %

An engine making 500+ lb/ft needs more fuel at 25% than some lazy truck engine. Needs to be off the cruise circuit

There is Accel fuel settings in the global. Your supposed to let it learn before messing with those per the manual

I'm thinking that you should try using Holley Terminator to run this and give us a review!

Today update

saved last months meddling in the tune.
Warmed the car up to learn temps.
Dumped in a new tune and adjusted a few settings
AFR numbers are pretty normal 13.5/13.9/12.8
22* idle timing at 850
34 total and +5 on the vacuum
idles at 16-17" although due to the altitude always reads -4.3 when its turned off
so 12-13"
Given the cam is 230/236 @ 50 it's really pretty good

It's really close on the initial tune. Idle is fat, but no flat spot in the accel circuit even without any changes on the global
Really tempted to screen record it while it is running and turn the self learn off, then manually adjust in the global settings

Why?
Because in a week it starts pulling -29% LTFT while at cruise speeds (2k-3k)
Then it has a lean spot on tip in
Can't find a vacuum leak or exhaust leak
Fuel pressure is fairly steady
Can't get ahold on Edelbrock on their tech support

I’m already concerned about tuning on my car, this confirms my suspicions!
Good luck

Well give it some time and stuff Zim. The system you have is really good and has lots of support

Mine has a malfeasance
Just swapped out the MAP sensor from the truck and am continuing on testing

I will say this, when it is working, it is phenomenal. Throttle response, power, starting.
Never had any issues on the 350 that was in this, or much issues when the 406 first went in
Truck has been solid and it's been PF4 since 2018

Update on the MAP sensor

Originally swiped the MAP from the truck and drove it, seemed much better
Went by and picked up a new MAP (Standard products, GM spec) and installed it

Not saying it's fixed, but it's actually adding fuel back in in some places, and the lean on tip in hasn't come back even though I cut the fuel add out of the global for acceleration
I now have 2x 30 minute drives on it since messing with the MAP

Interesting to know, the other 2 MAP sensors and the faulty one all read the same at idle, WOT, and full decel
