I ran for along time without foams, put some memory foams in with my new wheels and it goes better than it did without foams.
Ive got the same wheels except mine are white.
I've actually got some memory foams that came with the tsl's. when I remount the tsl's onto my new axial wheels, I'm sticking the foam in there. That way ill have a set with no foam, a set with memory foam, and the bfg/trail readys with the stock firm foam. Try them all and figure out which one I like best

went trail riding today. thats the thing with more power. break more. rounded the hex on the wheel then broke the ring gear. short trail for me

My daughter is asking me for an RC car for christmas and I wanted to see if you guys had any suggestions. I want to stay under $100 but trying to avoid something that is just pure crap too. I'm thinking around 1/16th scale for size.

Maybe I don't, lol. Talked to a neighbor about the one he plays with in the street and he said it was 1/16th but maybe he was wrong.
Forgetting scale then, any suggestions? He suggested traxxas cars but all the ones I've found are way more than I want to spend for a first car.

Hub hobby by me has some smaller stuff in the $100 range. Can't remember the brand but they had a short course truck and some different crawlers.
I was thinking of the short course truck for an inside toy, seeing as I don't really have anything that's inside friendly.

Been working on this some.
I saw you picked that thing up. Should be a sweet pair when it's done
kinda a fun project to tinker on while waiting for parts for the real one. Also just picked up a Twin Hammers to have something to play with in the mean time.

Added some lights to the wraith
Chopped up some led flashlights to get the heads.
This wouldn't be suh a big deal but the poison spyder wraith comes with zero lighting

a few weekends ago
Did a little work in my backyard spot today. Ramp up and ramp down.
Also ordered a bgr koh roof along with front bumper since I broke mine. Lastly ordered some more LEDs and a Chevy blazer body. We will see how this all turns out.

just used some el cheapos lights. they dont even brand name on them.
the brand is AMF. its just the brand that pops up for wraith aluminum body on amazon.
