Yes. Just cant see it yet. Theres alot more to be done yet with the truss. Its coming along but the truss will be attached to the pig at 4 points once its done.

....im still planning. Not spilling the beans till i got a solid plan.
Ive got the back side of the top welded to the pig as of now. The corners of the plate will be welded to the sides of the pig. Im also got an idea to get a guardsman from kert for the yoke and add to it via plate and wrap it over the top of the pig and attach it to the top front side of the truss.
Pig, diff, pumpkin, center chunk, whatever you want to call it. Must be a holton thing. We calls them pigs.

A professional would have a more reliable opinion. But to me that weld looks very nice with a pretty bead, but it also looks pretty cold like it doesn't have much penetration into the base material.
Its true. I used a torch to pre heat the cast pig as much as possible before welding. I actually layed 2 passes the first pass dug in pretty decent the 2nd overlapping bead did not dig as much. I let it cool too much before deciding to do the second pass.

As long as he doesn't use ethanol, he should be alright. Ethanol causes welds to break.

Well guess cats outta the bag. Yes im doing an Ibex. Im trying to buy that chassis all done out in california right now. Already got a loose deal with the guy if i can get pick up and shipping figured out.
