Feeding I can handle as long as you like BBQ. Let me see what parts cost and I'll get back to you guys.

I know I'd save a lot doing it myself, there might be a couple tools I'd need to buy. Might look into that as well.

Only thing I couldn't bring is a press. Everything else is easily transported in my car. Which actually gets reasonable milage.

Can I handle BBQ ........... hell dude that's half the reason I offered lol

We have a press at work, it isn't huge, I could probably bring it home for a weekend. My best friend lives 2mi away, he's got a press. Or we could drive over to my shop and do it all there.
Let me look up all the parts tonight, if you're serious, I'm in!

i'm thinking 4.88, it might be slightly low for 35s but gives me the option to go up to 37s someday. i don't tow anything with the suburban yet but i'd like to someday and when i'm out camping it's loaded up pretty heavy. i'm not into going fast, i just need to be able to cruise 70-75mph on the highway.

can you install a set of gears and drive 6+hrs on them right away?

just to clarify, this set right here will work for me? I've got factory 4.10 gears, according to the description, these should work.

It's a good time man. So yah pretty serious. Just have to schedule it. I will need to drop my kids at my parents house. Plenty of guys have helped me out. Just paying forward the help I have received

Not preferred though. We would need to do 3 complete heat cycles. And then drive it a decent amount. Then change the oil.

Probably not needed but I get pretty crazy about my break in stuff

Oh I'll definitely be following the break in rules. As mentioned, I plan to log some serious miles.

Your gonna need a new carrier for the front. Or a ring gear spacer. Rear gears that's the ticket. I haven't seen thick Dana 60 gears for a while.

So yes that's what ya need but your also gonna need a new front carrier
 
Scott. Thanx for the info.

Also i am an idiot. My mpg data was flawed. 18.45+19.21+15.50 = 53.16 / 535.0 = 10.0639 MPG. I am however rather sure the torque convertor clutch never applied due to the KSD hack job in the wiring department.
