Don't worry pretty girls still like it too. Aaron and his lady came in town and we went on a joy ride and we got a couple pics of her making my buggy look good :thumb:

Don't you mean your "dune buggy"?

:haha::haha::haha:

But then again if she looks like that and is willing to shoot with it she can call it whatever she wants as far as I'm concerned. :thumb:

Bought another sami

It has a new sumo fuel injected 1.3, 6:1 gears in the t case, beefy drive lines, cage, lock rights , oba, 5.86 gears, chromo shafts out front, race seats and harnesses, nice skids, rear bumper, yj leafs and shackle conversion, bead locks and 33" boggers.

So far had it out close to home and have sheered the bolts on the right hub twice :dunno:

Broke the clutch cable, already replaced that and tonight broke a rear shaft:popcorn: but I did find one of the two hubs thus far that I lost.:pimp:

It's fun, working out the weak spots

Been a ruff couple days, short story is my grandmother has passed away. My family had planned to come to this weekends mud bog as well with me and my friends, sadly that didn't happen.

Ended up going anyways to get away, new Sami didn't get to go, guess I blew up the side gear on the Locker the other day:popcorn: spool and new gears are on the way.

Unloaded the buggy as a serious storm was rolling in, made my first run and wrecked into the wall at the end when the throttle stuck wide open. Going to go back to a factory cable now.

Was fun trying to load it with only one tire left and no steering and no throttle control..yay for the winch.

All the girls had fun anyways so no loss there.

How often do you go to the bogs? I knew a friend that was heading out that way but I chickened out.

Bogs are once a month.

I tried... I tried to fight it and I don't want to do it. I'm breaking down and doing a solid axle swap on the duramax. Just got a call from Firestone and went down there and in 5k miles I trashed the front end all over again and I can't keep dropping 1500-2200 over and over. Stupid 37's!

Sas time :hack:

So the actual debate here is I also want a long bed now and I may want a 2014, I was hoping they kept the cab the same and I could just bolt up the new sheet metal but the bastards changed the cab:doah:

Not sure if I can stomach doing a sas just to wish I had waited and did it on the new body ? Also could just do a frame swap to get the long bed at the same time and keep this truck, that's the best route verse having to buy a new one.

This also means the truck is going up and inch or two so I stop smashing the fenders.

I really need a desk job and new hobby so I could just have a car.

Here we go back into chaos

Couldn't help myself and got another headache  going to combine this blazer and the tan one my dad and I built into something nice that a friend will end up with. :thumb:

Decided to put the Rims on the buggy for some fun :pimp:
