Okay, so what's the game plan for a tranny/t-case install and hookup?? I'm really interested in seeing that.

Spill it.

simple.. currently I have a 2 piece drivshaft with a carrier bearing being that im a long bed 2wd,

the new set up will be using a divorced 205 case I picked up off craigslist, then I will use the 1st piece of my 2 part driveshaft and have a shaft from my 2wd ouput to a yoke on the t-case..turns out I also have all the parts for this out of my current driveshaft set up:D This works out because it also get both driveshafts the same size front and rear..only one spare to carry.

To controll it im using cable twin stick shifters mounted on a trick panel that will mount to my cage im trying to design to cleanly fit in the cab. The current plan is to swap the rear glass for lexan and have the cage also be in the cargo area. To weld it, I will cut the roof off and remove all glass as well as put holes in the floor so i can marry it to the frame. Did I mention grafting in 3x5" rec tube for rocker following the factory body lines...:yikes:

:hack::grind::weld:

after the saftey issues, and ssuspension is to my liking ill build up the 2 6.0's I picked up, one for this truck and one for the buggy.. thoughts are building both into 402 stroker motors and keeping the stock motor out of my truck sitting on a crate ready for the day the 402 goes ka-boom:D

first the buggy gets done..witch im working hours a day on tight now to get it that way..the idea is not to get tempted to take the this truck wheeling..
