3 and 4 seem the best bet, we all know option 1 would end how it currently is.

Return it to stock. Rip off the kings, throw away the 60, scrap the t case, put on some bald tires with mismatched rims, bondo over the dents and trade it in for a prius.

Tranny #1 was at 23k..so # 2 is at 28k
Truck drove home just fine and shifts normal. To be fair I was beating the hell out of the tranny and rocking the truck between forward and reverse and abusing it. Time for a 5 speed?

He busted a dana 60 Longfield! I thought those things are bombproof. Well, it looks a bomb was dropped on that truck, so that statement is proven false.
he busted a large piece of the bell off, it was however still functional!
Your having a heck of a time with shocks and shock mounts. That sucks, damage shock on this one or just mount/ bolt and spacer?
