Does he even have this truck paid off yet?

**** no:D that would be the right way to do it.

I owe less than a built 60 is worth though, more or less just don't have a reason to pay it off and its building some credit so why not. I love checking my credit and seeing all the payments:D

I plan to get another one this year, maybe a extended cab or just another reg cab but pay for it out right. Who knows, but I have not completely ruled out another solid axle swap. I would like to keep the next one lower though and put the work top back on or a 5th wheel hitch.

I would like to get some more of these tires and keep it about as low as I had this one in this mock up pick

Least your getting a little more honest, haha

I had a center pin end up looking like that the last time I changed my rear end. Had some really bad axle rap before that to.

well damn it boy !!! quit whoring around and get to work!!!

It's WAY cheaper lol

Have you considered a manual swap? Or would you break that just as quickly?

I think I would like a manual. The downer is I really like the auto for playing in the rocks/hills and the auto rocks for high speed in the desert/jumping etc. I have had manuals and liked them however.

couple options

-find a totaled d-max for under 5k and swap the motor/trans and wiring/electrical. This gets me to the power levels I want..and a trans that should hold if the motor is not tweaked to hell.

-build an auto myself with upgrades and a nice converter, 2-2.5k

-manual swap..last time I priced a new, rebuilt trans and all needed it was looking like 3-5k

buy a built auto..2500-5500 bucks

Lost reverse last night, kind of slips, clunks and clatters. Im at a loss, bummed and unsure what to do at this point. I had planned on trying to take it to blazer bash but I think I just shot that to hell.
