Time for a new project, been a loooong time

Put them up on the big screen then.

Are they showing bigger than they should? It looks ok on my laptop.

Mostly I just needed a project to give me an excuse to dig up an old thread and be a pic whore.:pimp::D

Chad,

They are a bit on the large side... the only reason I even said anything is that the photo is the only thing that fits on the screen at a time...all the accompanying text for the image is pushed out of view until you scroll.

I'm pretty sure that the new forum software automatically sizes photos to match the device that you are using to browse with, so there's no need to side-scroll like in the old days.

Thanks for the heads up. I have a love/hate relationship with this new software, some things are easier and some things just suck and are just different enough that I have a bit of a struggle making it right.

Love everything about this blazer.

I have a couple questions. What are your rear rotors off of? What calipers? Did you make your own caliper brackets? How did you go about re drilling your front hubs? What rotors did you use for the front?

Thanks!

The rear rotors are from a 3/4 ton suburban with the 14sf housing, they are a direct fit with any 8 lug 14sf axle. The calipers are from the front of a 2000ish dodge 1/2 ton truck that I happened to have kicking around and I fabbed the brackets up and welded them to the housing.

The front rotors are the ones that came with the Ford front end, just opened up the lug holes to fit the smaller pattern. I used a 8 lug rotor to use as a guide and clamped it in my drill press to redrill the hubs. Next time I'll pay someone.

Nice updates. That is a really good looking Blazer, all the mods look like they belong.
