Congrats. If you ever need a hand, I'm just a few hours down the road from you. Trailer build is looking good!

I was able to get out a few days and get the rest of the material cut and all the raw fab done, at least for the bottom side. Rough math is around 1300 pounds here

Didn't get the drive over fenders perfect, spring back bit me in the ass. One is a few degrees different then the other but once they are on the trailer the only time you will notice is when I'm driving over them.

I just want to see the picts of you flipping it over.....I know what your going to use to do it.:D:doah:

Wood or steel deck? If wood, don't go cheap. I've replaced alot of planks on equipment trailer over the years.....Never a fun job.

Wood deck, I thought about rough cut but people want a arm and a leg around here. I think Im going to go with PT and stain. Seems to hold up well for a while. I will make sure to get you pics of it flipping over lol

80% Primed, back started hurting and had to take a break. Paint going on the bottom side tomm, then flipping, finishing the top, then prime, paint, ect.

Dang man that is looking good! When you going in to full production with Jays Quality Trailers?

You gonna run some conduit down the sides for the wiring?

I thought about selling this one and keeping the profits to build another one but I don't want to go threw it again lol. I bought full 7 way cord that is enclosed so I don't need conduit.

Got a few things done this weekend even though I had to work yesterday

Got the bottom painted, the trailer flipped and put back in the shop. Good coat of paint on 50 % of the trailer. Got the jack in, the gussets from the tongue to the bad, gusseted the hitch itself and got the fenders cut down. Used 3/8s for the tongue gussets and 1/2 for the hitch gusset. Should be sufficient

^ I knew something was going to happen.:D Any nuns harmed or killed?

Is that how high the the feners are going to be? Might be a bitch getting over them when muddy and wet.

Thanks, now I had to see how high my trailer is....2'-2"....So the top of the rig will alittle over 8'

Is it done yet?:D

no nuns or children harmed. Fenders are 13" from the frame to the top of the fender. heading out to work now

Though it doesn't look like a lot, there is a lot of time welding here and as predicted the paint was the worst part (and I've only laid down primer) Brush and roller the whole trailer, just makes sure I don't miss any spots. The extra time is worth it in the end.
