That sounds like a good deal. Hopefully the rubber is still nice and pliable. I think I was figuring almost 300 bucks per tire for new 35's. I haven't tried the beads either. My K5 is the first vehicle I have had with such a big tire, and I haven't had anything done to the tires or wheels, although I have to get new valve stems soon. My pickup runs 33" bfg At's on the back and they do well with just wheel weights.
Are the All terrains pretty quiet on the highway? My Maxxis mudders are noticeable, but I'll bet if I go with all terrains it will seem much quieter. Since I drive mostly on pavement, it will be nice to switch to something better rated for that type of driving and better wearing along with less noise. I kind of envy you now.
