TnA (Totally Naked Auto) back in business!!

Well, after a very late start today (had to go help a friend who's truck was broke down on the side of the road, gosh I'm a nice guy...), I managed to go get some more welding gas, and start cutting up a 3/8" plate. Then I got all the plate from yesterday and today cleaned up!

Okay, so to start out, I will be offering a few things that I have previously made (under the Twizted Engineering name). Those are as follows:

1. Engine Crossmember Kits (with Track Bar, or Panhard Bar mount)
2. Axle-Side Track Bar (Panhard Bar) weld-on brackets
3. Winch Cradles <----------------------------------------
4. 14-bolt Disc Brake swap Bracket Kits

I am not sure of pricing just yet. I will post pricing up as soon as I can figure out my new expenses and what I need to get for them in order to survive, lol. Talk to you all soon.

P.S. - If there is something else you want that I have made in the past, please PM me about it - I'll see what I can do for you.

WOOT! Awesome! I have been hoping to see you back in biz so I can get a winch cradle... :waytogo:

Hey Everyone!! I just wanted to post up and THANK ALL of you so much for the orders! I expected a few orders right off the bat, but I got way more than expected! I'm just about all caught up on everyone's stuff to date (so if you ordered something and I haven't been in touch with you recently about it - message me again to be sure I got your order!)
I have been cutting and welding like crazy, along with working a second job to make sure the bills get paid, and it's been great :)

I'm almost ready to post up on the winch cradles again, and the track bar axle-side brackets soon too. Then................. ?? Maybe the adjustable rear shackle flip that I (almost) released before.

I'm very close to buying a K5 for the shop again too - I've got lots of ideas for new stuff for them, but really need a vehicle here to mock them up on. Soon, very soon!!

If mine is in by the end of the week it'll be getting installed this weekend. Should be nice to have a panhard bar and more stiffness for the front section of the frame.

Barring any shipping fiasco's, you should be receiving it before the end of the week :)

Good Morning everyone!! Well, my shop computer died last week, and I'm now running on a much newer and better system. I'm almost all set back up with the software I need, and will be trying to get a set of side "wings" built today for the winch cradles. I'll post up in that thread later today hopefully.

...Haven't posted in this thread for a while now, so...
After having my Plasma system crap out on me a little while ago, I'm happy to report that financing is on-line for a new system, and I should have it by the end of the week! It'll be awesome to be able to cut 3/8" again, and better than ever!!

Also, the website is up and running again, calculating tax properly, and figuring shipping finally!! Credit card processing is going as of today too, so I can accept all major credit cards plus Paypal now :waytogo:

The products aren't really listed up there yet, but I will be working on that now too. Check it out at: www.TotallyNakedAuto.com

Thanks guys!!

I'd like to see an axle side panhard bracket like the sky off-road one, integrated into the passenger spring mount, but with no holes so I could drill it to match up the angle with my drag link. I'd go with the weld on but that's where my shock is already mounted.

I've got an idea for a different axle-side mount that still welds on but will clear the top of the axle tube for those of you with your shocks mounted there. It seems that alot of people have moved their shocks to the tops of the axle tube, so I need to come up with something for that! I'd like to stay away from the top of the spring plate simply because that's really an ideal space for a bump stop of some kind. But I could certainly make both too! If you want, PM me an approximate height of your mounting hole from the top of your spring pack and I can make you something pretty easily. I can still leave it blank for you to drill, but I don't want to make it too tall so you don't have to cut it down for spring compression clearance.

The reason for no full pics is that I'm not currently stocking the Currie Johnny Joints at my shop, so I can sell the engine crossmember with the built-in mount, and I can sell a weld-on axle mount, but it is up to you guys to fab your own track bar itself (you would need tubing, threaded adapters, joints and jamnuts).

This is the new Ultra HD Engine Crossmember design (this one isn't fully welded yet but of course they come that way!):

There are more pics of the Crossmember in this forum here (towards the end): http://coloradok5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=306827&page=5

As far as an installed pic with axle mount, track bar and engine crossmember, I currently only have pics with the old-style crossmember. The geometry is all the same though, so you can get an idea from these:
