To those who have had problems with Ballistic

I was just coming to post this Gla I searched for a threa first.

Good on pirate for finally taking a stand against them.

They messed up WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY too many orders. Now TG needs to be put out of business.

TIME TO ...........

i dont wish bad on an american based company but all the public out cry of problems and washing it under the carpet on pirate alone its about time. :thumb:

What the heck did they do???

I mean, consider what we have already seen, what on earth could be worse than that?
Did they post pics of the sysop's naked wife?
BTW, if you want any..........................

And how strange is it that the entire first few pages are now filled with praise for their great service????

Never ordered from them. I wonder what happen all the sudden? What was the last straw?

gee, time to go on the intraweb and cover my arse.... I hate poor business practices... maybe this'll put a dent where it hurts, the pocket....

I saw that earlier today. Personally, I've never had a problem with them. They did forget to pack the studs and bolts when I got my crossover/hi-steer arms. The sent be them the next day though. Maybe its because I said I was referred by CK5.

How did they get their own sub-forum anyways?

odered from them over a year ago and wasnt impressed with their product but they had good customer service, but thats the only time i used them.

Most other people had opposite results. Great parts with half ass service. They were put on double secret probation a few weeks/ months ago by lance, and apparently enough was enough.
I'll be interested to see if this effects the plugging they get on Xtreme4x4 at all...

Companies pay to have those sub-forums.

Doubt it, he's still a driver for them and they're still a company. People are freaking out about this but they still have a business and I think they'll do just fine.

I've placed orders with ballistic for a few years and have never had problems. In fact the only problem I ever had is they sent me too many parts one time. :D
I'll continue to do business with them.

just searching around with google, doesnt look good for these guys.

i have seen this type of thing with other fab, offroad companies in recent years. first customer complaints rise, not getting parts etc, then you will slowly hear about vendors and suppliers not getting paid, then its doors closed with thousands owed to many.

I'll continue to do business with them.

I'm sorry to hear that, it's just a matter of time before you get screwed too. I ignored the signs my first 3 orders (And others bad reviews I guess too, was unaware), the fact that I had to call them about something every single time that was screwed up, and they would usually fix it, but the last time was just unnacceptable and I feel sorry for anyone who continues to do business with them because you are walking on thin ice in 50 degree weather...

I wonder if I need to get a set of races for my ballistic joints for when mine wear out

Well I "supposedly" have some ordered. After the big fiasco of them stealing my money for nothing and then getting my dispute rejected I ordered 2 sets of races and some tube adaptors with my "store credit". That was 2 weeks ago... But I am on the same page as you. I don't ever want to deal with them again so if I can get those parts then I'll be done forever. But will I get the parts...?

If I link the back I'll go creeper joints or curries johnny joints.
