Looking for any ideas for tool/spare parts storage in my 90 K5 blazer. Looking for something that can fit behind seat and keep them secure in event of accident. Currently theyre in milk crates strapped down but gotta be a better way. Some of the things I like to carry are spare axle shafts front (D60) inner and outer, hubs, u-joints (1350) rear axle shafts (9.5" 14bolt). Impacts, 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", drill, cordless ratchets, grinder and various wheels, spare bolts and washers, wiring kit, fuel pump, fuel line, air comppressor, tire repair kit. Recovery gear, winch extension, snatch block, 2 20' straps 1 30' strap. Clevis's soft shackles, tools from 1/4"-1/2" drive sockets, wrenches to 1 1/2" screw drivers, pry bars and hammers. Im a field mechanic by trade and have separation issues from my tools

Sounds like you need a good tool box bolted to the floor and the organize stuff inside it.
I like tool rolls, everything is compartmentalized and being a roll keeps the tool quiet.

I used to use a toolbox with little drawers, stored behind the seat. It was a pain to lift out and actually using the drawers inside was hard. I got tired of hearing wrenches clank all day, so I moved to a couple of tool bags. The socket set is in a blow-molded case, so it's quiet and the other tools are mostly in roll-ups.
Think I am going transition to a tool roll, from a HF Hercules tool bag.
Every time I need a tool at least half the tool from the HF bag are removed to find what I need, goping the tool roll will help finding tools quicker.

Several smaller canvas bags laid in a secured box. Mark the bags with paint so you know screwdrivers are in one, sockets another, wrenches etc etc. Don't hear anything. Extra parts and fluids were in large ammo cans. Everything bolted to the floor on a dedicated rig otherwise run a strap through the bag handles and cinch to something sturdy.

My tool roll is a canvas like material with about 6 zippered pockets, I wrote the tool type on each section with a thick tip sharpie.
This is my cargo area, the box behind the seat is for tools/parts and the one by the tailgate is for recovery stuff.
Action packer, toolbox, space for cooler tied down to airline track. Tire strapped down and to the side, compressor beside tire.
I just bolted this old ammo can turned into a tool box for recovery gear and I have a tool roll in my center console.
I’ve thought about building a raised deck with slide out drawers, much like they have available for pickups. Some tie downs on top would be useful. Wouldn’t need to be more than 6 inches deep. Not sure if anyone builds custom size boxes. Something like this
