Trail Clean Up Truck Project w/pics

Thanks guys. Have had several people say they want to trade hoods but have yet to have anyone show up on my door step to trade.

Here is a decent picture taken from the clean up day by Chad Clavel (Chad06TJx on Colorado4x4.org)

Did you deside on a color yet?OR did I miss that?
I love the bed color , its what I painted my Blazen bumper ;)
I shows up better i think, which is what you want right?
Hey if someone donates would you put there name on the tailgate or something?

Awesome... Any tips for mounting them? Awesome rig, too! We should wheel sometime when I get my junk ready.

I go back and forth on the color. To be honest it is mostly being a little burnt out on working on the truck, spending on the truck and just wanting to get it out and use it.

Any color but black will take more work since all the door jams etc are black. I would prefer the grey myself. But all of this is dependent on my doing ALL the prep work. Which I am just not real excited to do at this point. (but will eventually get it done).

Here is my current plan, paint truck, recreate all the decals of the companies that have helped in a monochrome contrasting color and all of equal size. These can be run along the Rhino rockers. I also want to put "This truck was recycled from scrap by people and companies that care about our trails. It will be used to clean and maintain our trails for all generations" I will also list the names of every individual that helped with the truck in any way. I also want to include some recycle logos and other small touches.

No real tips. They are pretty straight forward. Always up for wheeling. Just let me know.

I have been slacking a little. Tore some ribs off my spine in the back so that has slowed me down a touch.

I have a line on a D60 center section for the front but I would need ALL of the supporting parts. Waiting on a list of missing parts. Then I will post details.

I also got rid of the cowl hood and got a pretty straight stock hood on the truck. (cowl was pretty warped)

Well, after some research I have also torn my supraspinatus (shoulder tendon/muscle). So I can't lift my left arm. Build is going to slow for a little bit.

Think between the gym and picking up a friends fallin motorcyle (600 sportbike) I tore something. Since it had been mostly just me wrenching on the truck, not much is going to get done right away.

Man i feel your pain, i was just gettin started on my engine swap and then last night i crashed on a bicycle and shattered my elbow and sprained my ankle.
