I ain't sweating chit . I will at least be the best at putting away beer in camp ;)

mmmmm Beer :D I'm in space 86 so comon by for a cold one or two :D

As for the trails...I will probly just go with the flow and whatever the gang I'm caravaning with wants to run I'm all for it.
One thing I do what to try and avoid is not having too big of a group on the same trail...makes for a MUCH longer day than what is needed to complete the trail. But then again I'm not driving all the way to Moab to not be on the trail so it's all good :D
Would be cool to get to the super hardcore spots out there just to watch the truggys & harcore guys gettin crazy.
Can't wait to hear the swamper noise on the slickrock again: err err err err err err err

Ahh Ok thanks for the trail discription. Sounds like a tuff one that is for sure and alot harder than the 3 I drove in 2002. I hear ya about lockers making the difference...maybe some day I'll get one or two but so far I been have a great time wheelin what I got. I also agree EFI is great for thoes steep parts..this time I get to find out how great :D
See ya guys out there:

I'd like to run with the sheetmetal gang. Nothing preference for trails since I haven't seen any of them, but I'll take the easy ways when they show up.
6" w/33s
rear locker

Sunday Pritchet run- Who's interested? I would like to lead this. 6 trucks max though. thoughts?

Another question- Is anyone up for an extreme trail on Monday?

Im interested for the Sunday Pritchett run:waytogo:

Fred I might be around on monday.
I don't know yet. It really depends on how the Wifey is holding up at that point.
If I am around you know I will be on the hard stuff.

pritchett

i am still undecided between pritchett and sevenmile.i may need another year under my belt.i dont want everyone waiting on just me.

I don't mean to preempt things (o.k., maybe I do a little...:D), but I'm putting these trails forward until I/we get a better idea who plans to go on SheetMetal Gang rides, how many we're going to be, and what equipment (tires/locker) everyone has. We might even split into two groups (e.g. open vs. one locker).

Hell's, Fins, Gold Bar, and Sevenmile Rim ought to be fine with open diffs, same for Metal Masher, can't comment on Porcupine rim, although Max said it wouldn't be too great with open axles and shiny sheetmetal. For Golden Spike, I'd like to see one locker - I don't think it would be too much fun open. But it also depends a little on the number of vehicles. So it would be very helpful if we could get a count. If I'm the only one that wants to go on 'Spike on Sunday, I might have to change plans. I'm flexible, and, by the way, I'm over the 'I-absolutely-have-to-run-the-hardest-trail' thing. If we have only a small number of open rigs, we can probably handle a trail that's a little more difficult. But going on a trail that's better driven with a locker is no fun if 75% of the rigs are open. So it's a numbers game...

Thank's JMS, good suggestions, let's think about meeting places also that don't conflict with other trail rides.

... since I do nothing but spreadsheets these days...:

But you're good at it:laugh: It sure does make it easy to get a good overview of this huge thread though :waytogo:

Can you make one for all the non-"sheet-metal gang" guys:bow: ?

Same here1 (Lost that is) ha anywho its getting close I can't stand this waiting crap. Where can I go me with 33's and 6" of lift and Open at both ends of my 10blts. Just sign me up where I'll fit best. I'm just ready to hang with the gang,

Umm, I have only about 6" of lift and have 47's, not measily 42's thank you very much :D

Also, I may be doing Hells Revenge on Friday since I'm bring alot of the nor cal guys with me and they want to see some scenery but we will all run Pritchett on Saturday.

Is there a spot for us newbies that don't know what trails we want to ride? I think my rig is fairly capable of moderate stuff, but nothing hardcore.

There are lots of trails for everyone, just come on down and go with others that have a similar set-up as you and you will have a blast!
