Yeah, I knew it needed replacing a year ago. Bought it last summer, threw it in a milk crate in the back of the Blazer and forgot about it.
Was under there recently, looked over at my trans mount...
What was left of it was holdin' on sideways..
The fluids (leaks) blowing back had eaten it, the vibration from the 38's and towing trailers off road had tore it up, the 2 bolts holding it into the tranny had long since fallen out...only things holdin' it in were the weight of the drive train and the cross member.
Good as new now, but thought I'd share the pics.
p.s. pics are in that album for my thread on my mystery "front end seizing up" (the u-joints catching on my ball joint nuts.)
