Thanks guys. I have spent a ton of time on all the routing and layout. Starting from scratch made it a lot simpler too.
I was able to get the wrap bars welded up and painted. Installed those back under the truck today. For those of you watching the TTC, there is a shot of a blazer during the truck pull that is getting crazy crazy wrap. Looks like he is set to break the leafs. I want to eliminate that on my truck.
DIY4x Wraptor for the win.
I also worked on the Derale Cooler. Despite how small it is I wanted to find a protected area for it and there is a lot of stuff going on under the hood. Best place ended up being driver side. I now need to order more braided line, but it came out good. I but up some diamond plate for a little platform for it and bolted that to the wheel liner.
It doesn't look like it but it is rock solid in that location. I bought an inline thermostat that I need to wire up also.
The hell roaring install is complete. I love this thing. Great protection from electrical starting issues. One setting the isolator / combiner charges both batteries but only draws from the main. One setting it combines the batteries into one pool of POWER. I love the fact that I could kill the main and still have another fully charged AGM battery to start the truck with and therefore charge up the dead one too!!
You can see the Hellroaring on the firewall with the 2 GA going to it. I have the remote to which is wired up to the dash allowing me to monitor the batteries and swap them on the fly
Have a little work to do with the intake!
