True Design Wheel is top notch

No, they are not pictured on his site. Mine are labeled Chevy OE stamped center steel wheel on my invoice. This is pretty much what they look like minus the chrome and a deeper dish..

Thanks Craig, I'm real happy with the way it looks. Truth be told, your truck was my inspiration. I've always liked yours.

The caps are the originals. The day before the shipper picked it up, the guy called me and asked me if I wanted them. They just needed a good bath, as they had been up in the rafters of his barn for years.

Nice. I had to scavenge mine. The two caps on the rear came with a set of 4 (the other 2 hang in my garage) I got from a guy who had a 2WD '74 sitting in a field near my house. The two open caps on the front I got from another truck a guy had at my old work.

I've had all my dog dish hubcaps since about 1997. I had them on my '75 Blazer back then and I kept them when I sold that Blazer. :D

It must be somewhat difficult to remove those hubcaps from your 15x10s without damaging the wheel. Doesn't look like a whole lot of leverage in there.

Even with the hubcap tool I have, it's still tricky even with my 15x8s. I have the tool wrapped in a towel with duct tape to keep from scratching the wheel.

i want to thank Craig for turning me onto this thread after i PMed him about his rims.

that sure is one beautiful truck Never Satisfied, beautiful. i spoke to Jim today also and if i can't source these rims through scavenging and such i'll be calling him to order a set. he quoted me bout $650-$700 to my door in white powder. only difference is i want stock Rally dimensions. this is what i want and i'll be happy to pay the man for his work.
for shyts and giggles i called Stockton(name from the past i remembered).... they said they would be happy to make me a set....would take 10-12 weeks and would relieve me of over $1050 for them in white powder coat. hmmm, what would YOU do?
if anyone has a line on these rims please let me know.....i'm glad i found this forum, Bill

Bump for more pictures... :D

You're right Craig, I really need give the Jimmy some more attention before I park it for the season. I've been wanting to get it out and get some new shots of it, but lately I've been spending the majority of my time with this....

Ain't that the truth....thankfully Visa refunded my money.

Nice car, love the black on white with silver wheels, exactly what I would get if I ever bought one, and has to be SS to of course!

Very nice truck! looks like Chief Brody's right out of Jaws II. With cooler wheels, of course!:thumb:

Not sure if I read this correctly, but are you looking for 15x10 rally wheels or these hubcap wheels?
