I think it look like a landcruiser from the rear. It is an idea however. The lines do work on it though. I am really interested in the doors.

Could be doable , I am thinking a thin metal frame , a leather needle , some 10 pound test , and a big piece of vinyl for the doors , and on the inside you could use a piece of masonite with a handle of some sort . I have an idea like that in my head when I get the project done , just for driving to trailhead /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif
And why does this individual not come wheelin with us?

I like the replacement rocker panels he used, looks like 4-5 inch round tubing. /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif those rockers could make good air tanks, or axle shafts storage, etc...

Like the look somewhat, but still too much body to smash during the "Finelli Flop" thinking much less sheetmetal, more tubing.

just signed up, thought I'd reply to some of the comments on my blazer here.
Yes, alot of people tell me it looks like a jeep from the back. It wasn't planed thats just the way it turned out.
The doors I made out of 1/2" tube and had them covered at Apache Awning. They meet up well with the Kayline top which I also had modified to fit the new body at Apache awning.
The tire carrier is made that way to keep the tire in against the tail gate for less rear overhang. Sold the original tail gate to a guy who was building a blazer for the street.
Got to keep some sheet metal to keep the elements out. I still drive it to all the local trails. Usually make a trip to Colorado and Utah every year and encounter a good bit of rain. The wife doesn't like to get wet.
Hope to get out and wheel with some of you soon.
