That's why I don't bother. Back in the day we would clean up the surface of the old dash caulk all the cracks, smooth it out and wrap it with vinyl.
Much better results. We even did some leather wrap when the customer had enough money. Even wrapped steering wheels with leather.
That's not even the half of it. So usa1 is supposed to pre assemble all the dash Vents and emblems and trims, which in theory is nice. Not when you receive a dash pad with busted AC Vents and busted trims just floating around the Box, three square feet of bubble wrap, just a dash pad in a box from 3000 miles away, a month late, and the one broken piece of the bezel was secured with a mismatched nut

Take pics and send them to customer service to see if they’ll make it right. If they don’t care to help then publicly shame them on their Facebook page.

Their stuff is WAYYYYYYY too expensive for these issues. Sad.
