Pull the dipstick and see if it’s marked for the manufacturer. Delco alternator? Looks like a Holley carb to me.
Plugs are too low, and the center ports touch. The Buick has a gap between the center ports like the GMC. I’m betting it was essentially a Buick with a different block or cam drive
But the exhaust ports are flush on the head. The ones the OP posted protrude away from the head
Chrysler was my 1st thought looking at those pics. Way back when I was a kid 1 of my dads coworkers put Chrysler big blocks in all his cars. He had an 56 F1 with 383.
Truth...but the intake, valve covers, and distributor are all similar.
Guys on 67-72 forum in heavy hauler section would know . Lots of old tech info there .
