Pull the dipstick and see if it’s marked for the manufacturer. Delco alternator? Looks like a Holley carb to me.I honestly thought that when i posted this that somebody would chime in and be like "its a....."
Plugs are too low, and the center ports touch. The Buick has a gap between the center ports like the GMC. I’m betting it was essentially a Buick with a different block or cam driveSiamese exhaust ports.

But the exhaust ports are flush on the head. The ones the OP posted protrude away from the head2bbl Holley

Check the valve covers and intake manifold. separated cooling passages and thermostat front and center

Guys on 67-72 forum in heavy hauler section would know . Lots of old tech info there .
