Want an On Board Air System for $25??? :-)

I didn't get in on the action, but I just wanted to say that's it's great to see everyone helping each other, whether with sharing the info, part numbers, or buying and shipping to strangers. It's great to see and be part of such a strong positive community. Way to go CK5.
 
I cant get hold of any. Am i to late?? if people still can get hold of one i would be willing to paypal someone for one. Obviously i will pay shipping and a comission if someone can.
 
Just went to 4 Checkers. Guy checked the back shelf and had one left. I lucked out. Checkers discontinued selling them, but Pep Boys has them. Anyway, scew 891932000608 it a Superflow model MV50. Check the review on the first thread. That's the one I got.

Checker down on the southside of pueblo had 4 in stock. Bought 1, $29.95. Funny thing is the website showed only one at that store and none at the other checker or the two advance auto parts either.

Now to fab up a mounting system for the pass side inner fender.... :grin:
 
any one know where i can order one of these bad boys off the interent, not able to go pick one up here in bagdad, sucks i know :D
also the army has deemed ebay and all other interent auctions evil...there fore i cant go to that one either to pick one up.

Tried all the Checkers and Pep Boys around me - no luck. Anybody from the Phoenix area had any luck finding them? If so - what location? Thanks

I was able to get over to checker last week and pick up the last one they had at the 7th st and dunlap store in phx :D . They said they had 5 in stock in the computer but I guess it doesn't track too well.

I am all out in my area, but if any body can pick one up, I will pay for it and the shipping and handling to airbornesoldier327's door step in the states. Thanks for all that you do for us over there in Bagdad. :bow:
 
nevermind as i cant pm theres no reason for me to look for stuff as i cant communicate without breaking some rules(like posting an email to contact about selling the compressor) which i dont want to do.

If you can get onto the ebay website you can order one off of there.... picked mine up for i think 32 bucks, but any way you look at it your going to be paying sombody shipping, just go under search and put in air compressor, and it will show up... might have ot look for it for a bit, but it'll be there.
 
Well, it looks like 4-Wheel Parts now stocks these compressors also. It was shown in an email ad that I just got from them. Their idea of an awesome price? $69.99! :eek1:
