OK, some background - 1990 Suburban, 454 TBI - passed emissions on Saturday (running well, in other words).
On Sunday while trying to fix the dome lights I notice there is no fuse in the Horn/Dome slot. I was letting the engine warm up, so I just plugged in a fuse. The truck died immediately and will not start.
Looking at the diagnostic flowchart on Chevy Thunder, I have power to ECM pins A6 and C16 but not to B1.
Can I use a jumper from A6/C16 to B1 as a temporary fix?
Your thoughts/suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

Check to see if A6 has power with the ignition switch ON / OFF. I would not jumper to A6.
