What do you carry with you for breakage/stuck/emergency?

After having to be towed home yesterday,I think having a motorcycle, bicycle, lawn tractor, or anything else with wheels you could ride home on,sitting the bed of your truck, might not be a bad idea--after learning a cab ride 15 miles home would have costed 50+ bucks !..:yikes:..

So some of you guys are listing this big list of stuff. Is this stuff you carry all the time or just when you go wheeling ?

If it is all the time no wonder out trucks have a bad rep for MPG.

I carry all of it all the time, but it still doesn't mean I wont have to be towed home,unfortunately..

All the GM trucks I've owned get close to the same mpg regardless of them being loaded or empty,so I don't mind hauling around some extra parts and tools..I do miss the ROOM they take up though !..

MY list is dissapountingly short since I don't offroad much. Cell phone and number for insurance to get a wrecker. I know, pathetic right??? Maybe some day when i get all the parts, time, energy. Heck I have not even bothered with getting the LS motor installed yet (problems with a banged up oil pan) or finding a front drive shaft.
