What extra gauges do you have in your K5?

This is what I did with my 89...swapped from my old 79 k20...


I added a vacuum and trans guage and moved/ swapped location of the fuel and Trans temp guage.

Running a high tech engine oil temp gauge now.

Sender can be used in the trans and rear axle, and I'm curious to see what the oil temps in the t-case do, so eventually I'll check that out as well.

Watching engine oil temperature will eventually serve a purpose beyond satisfying curiosity, I'm going to see if running lean can be seen via oil temp.

Just an autometer tach for me. All my factory gauges work and are mostly accurate. Though I back it up with monitoring coolant temp and voltage through ecm data through my phone. Through the app I watch the map sensor for vac signal, intake air temp, o2 sensors and other items.

This is from an early 80s chevy motorhome. I wonder if the gauges would transfer over to the k5.
