So, knowing that, you can adjust your tire size accordingly. But, this only holds true if you don't hit the cab. 4" of lift with 40" rubber will almost rub the cab if you have no wheelhouses.
I've pushed the rear of my inner fender up against the firewall and fastened it there. Also, my front axle is moved 1.5" forward and will be moved another .5" forward when the spring swap is done. I'll have an extra set of zero-rates sitting around then so I'll be able to push it another 1.5" forward for a total of 3.5" from stock. If it doesn't clear then, the inners are gonna hafta go.
