what year and model came with these

Thats not off an 81 up truck.. They used a tube that was threaded on both ends.. Never seen one like that..

Looks like something of an early 70's truck

You're right. When he mentioned threaded tubing I assumed the '81+ but didn't notice there were no jam nuts. The '67-'72 trucks used a threaded tube with clamps.

Edit: I believe the '67-'72 trucks would also have had the flat top knuckle needed for crossover, maybe
That's where all those parts came from.

Yep looks just like my 72 tie rod ends. It's two different numbers as it has reverse threads on the passenger side I believe it is.

Winner here. Its definitely a '72 and down tie rod. If it was a '73-'76 there would be a hole in the center of the TR for the steering stabilizer stud.

I also noticed the steering stabilizer stud mount on the axle housing tube. Its in the center which indicates this front differential is a '77 and newer housing.

Measure the tube. If its 3" outside diameter then its a '77 and newer Second Design. If the tube measures 2.75" o.d. then you've got the First Design axle housing from '76 and older. Not that they make much difference but it aids in identifyingwhat parts you have under your truck.

What year is your vehicle? Have the axles been swapped in to it?

Its all on my 87 K5
I got the front and rear axles from a friend both 8 lug 14 BFF and dana 44
I got 2 fronts from him and one was bent but had flat top knuckles
If it didnt have a big smash on the bottom side from a rock i would of put that one in
But the one i got the nuckels off of had no provisions for a steering stabilzier
And this one does so i will be putting one on
I still have some death wobble issues that were not there before so im hoping its the tie rod ends
And maybe the alignment
Dont know what else to check
Thanks for all the help with the tie rod ends
And if any one has input on the wobble please share

Putting a new crossmember under the motor with a panhard bar should take care of the death wobble.

You did put in new balljoints, right?

yes i did put new ball joints and torqued the lower to 90ftlbs then the upper sleeve to 45 then the upper ball joint to 90ftlbs
would you have a pic of how the pan hard bar would go on
i know how the work on car but on my blazer im not picturing it
can i use 3/4 hiem joints and 1 120 wall DOM

So im working on the front end again and everything is tight i checked the toe in and its at 7/8 not 1/4 thanks to the guys that was helping me me set it
Also measured the axle tube and its 3" so i now know it second gen axel and first gen tierod

Iirc, toe in should be 1/8".
thanks that what i set it to today and the death wobbles i had are gone
the guy helping me i guess could hold a tape measure in the same place very well resulting in a 7/8 toe in
now i just have to figure out a way to make a anti rock sway bar work out
springs are to soft
but that's another thread
thanks to all that helped out i really appreciate it
