As we said earlier, and GM and others have documented, cab and chassis got the narrow 14FF dually and "normal" duallies got Dana 70's.

The 14FF's will have the straps.
D70HD's will have the u-bolt yokes.
My '79 CC dually has the straps. Is it a D70, and not a D70HD?

Yeah my 84 has the straps with the teeny tiny bolts. My 70 hdhdhd motorhome axle has 1350 ubolt yoke. Much better and easier to use imo.
