Emptied my gas tank... Which filled up both the Ford truck and wifey's car.
Oh no, not again! I don't have my gas can.
Maybe KTM will help??
Ah man don't get him started on that!
Last time he helped me get some fuel and later in the day I returned the favor.
Between the 2 of you, you need to rent a fuel truck to follow you around.
I thought the Ford was the wife's?
Front pinion sprung a leak, even with a new seal. I shouldn't be surprised with the grove that was worn in the old one. Thought about sleeving it but found a new one online for reasonable money.
Both are hers and the broken half of the jimmy.
I fill up every morning now.
Except for when Ashman and I drove the stock blazer up pikes peak. I was sweating it. But we made it.
Took the S-10 out for another shakedown run this afternoon. The CPS is fine, but I managed to cut a sidewall....
I drove the 4runner to work again today
Power steering pump just went out on the Tahoe. Nothing like last minute fixes. And judging from this thread, it seems to be contagious.
Shouldn't you be leaving soon? And it's better to have it to bad where it is easy to work on.
Yep, leaving early Saturday morning. And I agree! Glade it happened here, and not in the middle of nowhere. Just makes for an even more hectic week to get ready.
I'll be picking up some spares today or tomorrow from SupersizedK5.
Always best to beat the crap out of your rig before you go.
I hadn't even driven the S-10 for 6 months, I've been beating/building on the Silverado.
The power steering system is a little whiny, but I have a spare pump and tools that will be coming with me if there are any issues.
Renewed the registration!! Going to put the stickers on now.
I picked up some tires, so I'm good now. We head towards Moab on Friday as soon as we can get off work.
