Probably chinese but they work. I have had these on my rig for 2 1/2 years with no issues.
I am glad I keep all of my e-reciepts that is where I found the website

Here's a pic of one of my spacers, the socket you see is a 7/8" impact SnapOn. The actual hole measures right at 1 3/8". The brand is "Arrow Craft", these were for a dually conversion kit (they were bought about 10~12 yrs ago, I assume the company is still in business).

Hope it works out for you. It sucks they are discontinued but I guess most dont need small diameter lug nuts. It seems that most are looking for Heavy Hex nuts with the larger flats.

got some lig nuts friday and bolted them on tonight...the lug nuts i got where 3/4 and i can still get a impact socket in the holes....the cool part is the 2.5 inch spacers,uncentered hummer wheels and 44 inch tsl only bring myon my total width to 81 inches...thats from lug to lug...thats awsome...
