I dunno what a 'J' cut is, but I finally did this to mine...

Gained 4" on either side, just have to source a narrower rear seat now.

I need to do that as when I stuff the rear I am scrapping the inner fender as in the inside not the top .

I wanna say it is like the cut done on *eeps where they cut the rear of the fender off flat so the opening looks like a J on its side with the crook being the front of the fender.

yeah exactly. sorry shouldve said that in the first place. My problem is not so much on the inside (really havnt flexed it there yet) but on the back of the fender well. The rear end got moved back more than I thought it would and a good part of the tire sticks behind the very rear part of the wheel well as the truck sits. I am scared to even see what happens when I flex it out.

Thought maybe a j-cut (heep lookin cut) could look cool if it was done well.

Any thoughts?
