This is all stock suspension currently. The tires fit well and only rub on the plastic inner fender when turned hard. A little trimming of the plastic and I'll be in business. With how these wheels fit, I don't think I'm going to install the leveling kit. I am going to crank a little on the torsion bars though for a little added clearance and slightly more level look front-rear.

I put about 200 miles on the tires already and I am really liking them
They have some slight road noise but nothing the radio or the future cat-back won't easily drown out. The sidewalls are stiffer than the street tires that were on there so it doesn't quite float over bumps like it used to but its not harsh by any means. However it felt a lot more stable at high speeds while towing. The rear end sway was almost non existent. With a nice set of Bilsteins and a slight torsion crank I'll be all set. :D

I am going to need to tune it though to get back a little power that I lost with the bigger/heavier tires and correct the speedo. The trans keeps wanting to shift in OD at like 35 and lugs the engine a bit. For now I'm going to keep in "3" around town and use OD at 50mph+

Soooo, who wants to buy a leveling kit :deal:

what pressure ya running, should be able to go 2-3 psi lower than vehicle recomended with the bigger tires. may help the ride

Looks awesome, glad ya tried them before the leveling kit.

What kinda exhaust you going to put on it? I love my single 3in with a hooker aero chamber on my 00 GMC, its not bad cruising but when ya lay into it and it gets pretty loud but not on the inside of the cab. Its nice and mellow sounding on the inside even when ya lay into it.

I can get some video of it if ya would want to hear it.

Awesome, cant wait to hear what it sounds like, you going to gut the cats or do yall have emissions checks? I cut the cats off mine when I put the exhaust on it this time. :D

those look real good Glenn, any issues rubbing in front?

Nevermind, I see you want to do some minor trimming....

Ya I have to do emissions so I'm keeping the cats. I thought about doing a full system with stainless headers and high flow cats, but I can't justify the money for that right now.

That sucks, it will still sound great. Stainless headers would be nice though....:D
