Where to repair a Broken Radio ?

I have a GM factory AM/FM/CB Radio in my 84 K5. I would like to keep the stock look of the dash. The CB works fine. The AM/FM part not so good. Does anybody know where I can send this radio for repairs? I haven't found a stock GM Radio with a "CB" for sale in the Classifieds on this site or EBAY.
