If you don't mind doing a little digging, I think I found the info you folks need.
First, here is a link to MOOG U-Joint numbers, dimensions, and the Spicer numbers they cross to. Yeah, I know, I used "cross" in a U-Joint reference...

Now, go to Rockauto, lookup any Ford truck about the right year, go to the heavier models, and look at the U-Joints. Most of the listings have at least one MOOG replacement.
Find one with the number that matches the Spicer you want, and click on that MOOG number. It will popup a list of the year, make, and model of trucks that use it.
For instance, a 2005 Ford F-350 SuperDuty, uses a MOOG 330, which is the same as a Spicer 1410. As do many more make and model trucks too numerous to list.
Just click on that 330 number.
The same truck, uses a MOOG 231 in the CV joint, which is a Spicer 1350.
The AC/Delco numbers will tell you what you need to know, if you know the equivalent Spicer number.
