Figured mine is out of the truck, good time to get some pictures out if it helps someone else with theirs.

'85 nose with larger diesel radiator
Single piece radiator upper mount
Windstar fans
I run one relay for each fan trigger off my FAST EZ-efi

Way WAY WAY better set up than my $$$ Griffin radiator and dual fan shroud. Reliable, easy to replace anywhere, and very quiet. Spectra rad and fan shroud.

IMO the Windstar fan swap is just about as bolt on as you can go for our square body trucks. You have to cut the fan shroud down thickness and make some brackets to bolt to it, to then attach to your support.

Mine will cool my BBC in Twinkie with just the little fan running, in Moab in the middle of summer.

Nice to see the pictures and get a reminder of this.

I don't remember what the year range is for these. I looked at a 2002, seems right, but would someone verify, please?

There is a '95-'98 PN (i.e. DORMAN 620102) and a '99-'03 PN (i.e. DORMAN 620131). I don't know what the difference is, but it's probably a good idea to get the wire pigtails with connectors along with whatever fan you pick up.

That is the one you'll have to cut the tabs off the ends of it though or because they go away far past the radiator

Well 95 to 2002 is the only windstar production, all the fan assemblies seem the same.
Sending this one back small fan plug flops around.

Some measurements

Have to clearance for rad hoses, skock 77 rad. 29¼ to outside of tank seems,18 tall with cross bars.

Thanks for posting!
I just got a set delivered this week. I will have to cut the shrink wrap off to inspect better than I did.

If they were smart, they'd just send you a new fan motor and not make you ship the whole assembly back. I presume those are easy to disassemble, all the GM ones I've looked at have been.

Sent back. I bought a Duralast from vatozone. It has pig tails instead of built in plugs. 2 and 3 wire.

Lifetime warranty? As crappy as most products today are, I figure the lifetime warranty will probably be necessary. I love going in with 20 year old receipts for brake pads. :haha:
