WL: 1975 K5 (previously "Another new (to me) K5.")

Welp, I'm in for another re-read.
I just showed this build thread to the kids a couple weeks ago. They liked the part where the calf shit in the door pocket.

Have you considered replacing the missing trim? Maybe wash it and polish the paint.

It doesn't flex quite as well as the other one.

You didn't fix this picture.

I'll admit, the wagon wheels grew on me over time. Why did you remove the argent silver from the center caps?

It looks out of place on the white spokes. It is on there to blend in with the Rally wheels. I imagine the factory white spoke center caps did not have argent silver on them, but I do not know that for fact.

Results: inconclusive due to poor image quality. See attached photos as reference.

They very well could have been entirely chrome or with the flange section painted argent silver like the units I have on my rally wheels.

I've owned a few rigs with factory white spokes. I should have paid more attention.

I can’t remember the caps being any different for the three styles of wheels. Almost sure they are all the same.
White spoke, rally’s and the aluminum

That would make the most sense at the factory. One set of caps, regardless of the wheel style.

There was two of those up there when I got it. I took one down, to see if I could put new speakers inside of it, just to keep it period correct, but I don't think it will work.
