WL: Crusty 1985 K20.

You are so intune with Marty, it's cute.

Have you ever heard of Stockholm syndrome? He has been critical of how I do things for so long my mindset has changed from seeing him as an evil to now seeing him as a guiding light. He is the sole reason I keep looking for a dually box for my K30 simply because though I believe it would be more useful and less likely for me to destroy it because I forget about the fenders being wider than the cab, I know every time I post a picture or he sees it I will hear "too bad it doesn't have a box". Maybe you haven't seen the my Crawler thread with 90 Marty posts with tunnel ram included in them. I am so in-tune because he freely shares his opinion if it is welcome or not.

Np205's are stupid

NP205's are fine. They work well for a doubler. My '75 K5 has one that I put in there.

I would just never downgrade from an NP208 or NP241 to put an NP205 in.

Plus, when someone is swapping an SM465 in place of a TH700R4/NP208, it just makes more sense. Not because the NP205 is a lesser transfer case (it is), but because it is sooooooo much easier to do. Same driveshafts, same crossmember, same shifter, same speedometer cable, etc.

It snowed here.

Made it up the hill to get around the drift in my driveway.

This was the view down the hill. I was hoping I could get a little speed to blow through it.

I made it. Lost all of my momentum when I hit the ditch, but luckily enough, those brand new Swampers really dug, and I was able to back up, and hit it again a few times. That snow was a lot deeper than it looks in places.

I made it the three miles North to the highway. It had just been opened with the snow blower. Only one lane in a lot of places.

It was pretty deep here. That is a farmer up ahead in the payloader, trying to pull a stuck straight truck out of the ditch.

Made it to Lindsay.
